During the week before Christmas and New Year holidays Metin Kazak, Member of the European Parliament, Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, endowed to the disabled children in Shumen, Dobrich, Vidin and the village of Buzovgrad, located in Stara Zagora district.

The Bulgarian Member of EP endowed appliance equipment for the Subsidiary Boarding School “Vasil Drumev” in Shumen, one of the biggest schools for disabled children in our country.

The Medical and Social Care Homes in Dobrich, Vidin and Buzovgrad, where children with health problems are taken care of, received appliance and technical equipment, needed to bring up them.

In his appeal to the children and their supervisors, Metin Kazak expressed his hope for a better year full of health, love and prosperity for the Bulgarian children who need special protection from the state and society.

“On the Eve of New Year let us wish more respect and care for children’s lives and not forget those, who need the most protection. These bright holidays are reason for satisfaction with all your efforts made with love, dedication and responsibility for a better life for our children”, was also part of the appeal of Metin Kazak.

On occasion of the charity initiatives, festive programs for the disabled children were held. The supervisors expressed their gratitude for the attention and moral support.
